By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
· Information You Provide Directly: · Account Data: When you sign up, we collect your email address, name, freelancer category, communication style, preferred currency, and any other details you provide during onboarding. · Project Data: We store all information you input to create projects, including client names, project descriptions, deliverables, scope of work, and related documentation. · Financial Data: To enable the invoice feature, you may provide payment destination links (e.g., PayPal, UPI ID, Wise, Stripe/Razorpay links). Crucially, we do not store or process your full bank account numbers or payment gateway API credentials for your personal accounts. We only store the public-facing link or ID you provide. · Communication Data: If you contact support, use the help feature, or submit feedback, we collect the content of those messages. · Information from Third-Party Integrations: · Gmail Integration (Optional): If you explicitly grant permission, we access your Gmail account via Google's OAuth 2.0 protocol. We only analyze the content of specific email threads you choose or those we are authorized to scan to detect scope creep and project risks. We do not read every email in your inbox. · Information Collected Automatically: · Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as features used, pages visited, and actions taken. This helps us improve the platform. · Log Data: Our servers automatically record information including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps. · Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use essential cookies for session management, security, and preferences (like your dark/light mode choice). We may use non-essential analytics cookies to understand platform usage. You can control cookie preferences through your browser settings.
· To Provide and Maintain the Service: To operate the core features, including project management, AI-powered scope analysis, contract generation, invoice creation, and client risk assessment. · To Process AI-Powered Features: When you use features like "Scope Analysis" or "Client Risk Analysis," the relevant project data or message snippets are sent to our third-party AI providers (which may include OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or others as configured by the platform owner) to generate outputs. This data is sent in accordance with their API data usage policies. We do not use your data to train their general AI models. · To Facilitate Payments: To display your chosen payment destination link to your client on an invoice. We do not handle, process, or touch your money. We simply host the link you provide. · To Communicate with You: To send essential service announcements, security alerts, and support messages. We will not send marketing emails without your explicit consent. · To Analyze and Improve: To use aggregated, anonymized data to monitor platform health, analyze usage trends, and improve the user experience. · For Security and Compliance: To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, and technical issues. To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
· With Your Clients (At Your Direction): When you use the Service to send a contract for signature, share a scope confirmation link, or send an invoice, the information you've designated (like the document or payment link) is shared with your client. · With AI Service Providers: As described above, data necessary for AI analysis is transmitted to the specific AI provider configured in our admin panel. · With Service Providers: We may share data with trusted third-party vendors who help us operate our infrastructure, such as our cloud hosting provider, database service, and email delivery service. · For Legal Reasons: We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we have a good-faith belief that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.
· Retention: We retain your personal data and project data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service. If your account is deleted, your data is permanently and irreversibly purged from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. · Security: We implement robust administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.
· Account Data: You can review, update, or correct your account information in the Settings section at any time. · Data Export: You can export a complete ZIP package of your data, including projects, contracts, invoices, and more, from your Settings page. · Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from the Settings page. This action is irreversible. A strong warning will be displayed, and you will be required to type "DELETE" to confirm. · Gmail Integration: You can disconnect your Gmail integration at any time. Upon disconnection, we will cease all new email analysis and remove stored email thread data according to our data lifecycle policy.

The "Last Updated" date at the top will also reflect the changes. We may require you to review and accept the new policy before continuing to use the Service, especially for material changes.
